As a medical practitioner, I seek to serve as a diagnostic detective to assist my patients in discovering their unique individual genetic predispositions, identifying the imbalance within the body/mind integration causing ailment and dis-ease within.
My true passion is empowering patients with the knowledge about their body and educating patients on their system needs. When we discover synergistic living, we are able to live feeling wonderful in our body/mind inter-connectedness; unlocking the availability to live out optimal lives.

After completing dual undergraduate degrees in Counseling Psychology and Philosophy, a minor in Performance & Choreography from UW-Madison, continued Post-Baccalaureate Pre-medical course work completed at both University of Oregon-Eugene and City University of NY-City College, I received a Masters Level Degree in the Health Sciences and Physician Associate (formerly Assistant) Studies from Mercy College of Health Sciences, in Dobbs Ferry, NY with medical residency training at Albert Einstein Medical School in Bronx, NY. I additionally have MAPS accredited Certification and practice Psychedelic Harm Reduction & Integration.
Current Medical Licensing Board Certification with NPI in good standing for licenses to practice in both New York and New Jersey, and hold National DEA Prescription recognition.
I began practice in Reproductive Endocrinology with Sami David, MD., owner and operator of Fifth Avenue Fertility at 1045 5th Ave (85th & 5th Ave), in NYC; pioneer in the IVF field and Author of "Making Babies" in 2010, a holistic approach to diagnostic medicine was instilled. After having children myself while at this position, our family moved to Monmouth county, NJ, in 2014 where I quickly became involved with Integrative & Functional Medicine working with The Family Wellness Center as an "LLMD" for Lyme and Associated Illnesses for the Tri-state area and Family Practitioner, David Dornfeld, DO. I continued to practice Internal Medicine while combatting my own personal encounter of surviving Breast Cancer while assisting Mira Kaga, MD with her independent launch of The Kaga Institute of Aesthetic & Internal Medicine. Emerging from the final phase of treatment, just as the COVID pandemic hit, I went where I was needed most, forefront on the frontline at Immediate Care in all locations throughout NJ, treating Urgent Care outpatients in addition to doing Psychiatry at Jersey Shore Psychiatric Services for Dr. Muhammad Abbas in Colts Neck, NJ. It was during that time that the launch of Everest Wellness, LLC became an online & in-person venture, hosted at Bell Health @ Bell Works in Holmdel, NJ. In 2021, I joined the exceedingly reputable Dr. Magdy Nasra at Nasra Health & Wellness, also in Holmdel, NJ.

I offer one-on-one in depth individualized consultations consisting of a thorough health history and review of presenting problems in order to provide you with the fullest and most comprehensive experience. An appropriate assessment and unique protocol plan is devised, discussed and implemented with you. We will continue to work together molding and shaping our plan together according to your need - until you no longer need me because you are fully empowered with your own wealth of wisdom for self care, seeing me only as needed for maintenance visits!
